The hotel had courteous staff. The location was incredible, right next to the Skytrain.- Our double room with a pull-out couch was enjoyable and had all amenities.- There was Chinese cuisine available in the attached restaurant.

The location was marvellous, at a medium distance from Exit Richmond. It took about 5 to walk to the tube. The staff were both super-friendly and efficient. The restaurant was very convenient at the hotel-nice staff there, we ordered appetising dishes.

I recently stayed at a hotel close to the sky train and found the location to be very central. The ample parking was convenient for those who want to drive around. Additionally, the staff provided warm and friendly service, offering assistance with luggage and the shuttle. This was especially appreciated as a person battling MS.
